Easy DIY Furniture Idea: Repurposed Desk Buffet
I am delighted to feature Barbara of Chase the Star today as she shows us her innovative desk transformation into a buffet table! Barbara loves DIY and craft projects, and decided that it still had some good bones rather than donate it, pictured here is its BEFORE photo!
Barbara upgraded her old paint job with some careful sanding, primering, and painting – turning into an attractive high gloss white that was both more beautiful and durable. At Home Depot she had plywood cut to size to create a shelf and added decorative brackets; also added two coats of walnut stain to top piece and installed an acrylic knob in place of old knob.
