Repurposed Creations from mush.room studio

Every week I encounter numerous inspiring and innovative artists on Facebook. Recently I had the privilege of meeting Vicky from Mush.Room Studio; an architectural-design collaboration which transforms mundane materials such as newspapers or bottles into stunning yet functional art pieces. Today I want to showcase some of their amazing designs; here are six Upcycled Designs by Mush.Room studio.

This floor lamp was custom crafted using old metal structures and bottles of Coca-Cola to form a wooden bottom base.

Here is an inspired table lamp fashioned out of an old jar and newspaper sculpture with black shade for use as a table lamp.

This Marilyn Monroe lamp features a metal structure with salvaged drift wood as its base.

Created from an old drawer and reused as a shelf, this piece features the Abraham Lincoln quote: “I may walk slowly but I never move backward.” I never would have imagined adding such a quote on the inside of a shelf; it adds an interesting personalized touch. Also featured here are custom designed cushions featuring one-of-a-kind patterns.
